Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

1. Who we are

This website, orderonbot.com, is operated by OrderOnBot Ltd (“OrderOnBot”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England & Wales. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you complete the “Get started” or enquiry form, or otherwise contact us, we collect the details you provide — typically your business name, your name, business type, email address, mobile number and business address.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site we automatically collect usage information through cookies and similar technologies — such as pages viewed, the pages that referred you, approximate location (derived from IP address), device and browser type, and interactions like clicks and scrolls. We use Google Analytics for this (see our Cookies Policy).

Address lookup and anti-spam

Our forms use Google Maps Places to help you enter a valid business address, and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from spam and abuse. These services may process limited technical data (such as your IP address) to provide their functionality.

3. How we use your information & our legal bases

Under UK data protection law we rely on the following legal bases:

4. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our site and service, including:

5. International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch, then delete or anonymise it. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email contactus@orderonbot.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and keep it safe.

9. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last revised.
